Byung Sung Park graduated from the LL.M. Program at William & Mary Law School in Virginia/USA and the Department of Economics of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies/South Korea. He has also completed the International Tax Program at the Vienna University of Economics and Business/Austria.
After graduating, he worked as a lawyer in the civil department of the Gae Yang Law Firm, focusing on litigation, damages, and corporate and real estate matters. Later, he worked as a legal counsel at an advertising agency and as a lawyer at a law firm, both in the United States of America. He specialized in bankruptcy and financial law as well as in representing clients in civil cases.
Byung Sung Park is registered with the Korean Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers' Association. He speaks Korean and English.
