Тatyana
Vydoborets graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of
Kyiv in 2005, where she was awarded her Master of Law degree. In 2001,
during her studies, she embarked upon her career and obtained her
primary legal experience in one of the leading law firms in Kyiv.
During her professional career Tatyana Vydoborets has worked as a lawyer for a prestigious law firm and as legal department chief for large companies, where she has acquired considerable experience in the fields of drafting of contracts, legal accompaniment of sale-purchase agreements of corporate rights, provision of pre-acquisition due diligence and elaboration of schemes to protect businesses from hostile takeover.
However, Тatyana Vydoborets has gained her most extensive experience in the field of resolving judicial disputes through representation of Ukrainian and foreign companies' interests. She has considerable experience of successful business litigation in the general, administrative and economic courts of Ukraine of all instances, and also in arbitration courts and at the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the CIC of Ukraine.
Тatyana Vydoborets is registered as an articled clerk with the Ukrainian Bar Association. Besides Ukrainian and Russian, which are her mother tongues, she also speaks English.
