Looking to expand your crypto business across the entire EU? One Slovak license is all you need.
Starting January 1, 2025, operating a crypto business legally within the European Union requires a license under the new MiCA regulation (Markets in Crypto-Assets).
This license is issued by the National Bank of Slovakia and is automatically valid across all EU member states.
That means direct access to a market of over 450 million consumers – larger than the U.S. market.
What can the MiCA license allow you to do?
• Operate a regulated crypto exchange
• Offer crypto payments in e-commerce
• Enable crypto usage in online casinos
• Launch your own trading or tokenization platform
• Issue and market new crypto-assets
