The Kyiv office of the Čarnogurský ULC law firm in November 2012 successfully closed a deal for one of its client to secure payments worth millions Euros under a credit agreement by using pledge instruments.
The Ukrainian Journal of Business Law announced in its December 2012 issue that the international law firm “Čarnogurský and Vishnyakova ULC”, via its Kyiv office, had in November 2012 assisted one of the leading foreign companies rendering medical and diagnostic services in several Ukrainian cities in the successful closure of transactions to secure millions Euros in payments under a credit agreement by using pledge instruments. The “Čarnogurský and Vishnyakova ULC” team was lead by Helen Vishnyakova, Partner, and Dmitriy Sichkar, Counsel.
